A simple and fun way to set up games of Warhammer 40,000, Open War cards take all the indecision and doubt away and let you get on with your gaming. A deck of 51 cards split into five types, they help you determine the deployment, objectives and special rules for open play games. Included:
- 12x deployment cards: Twelve different styles of player deployment
- 9x objectives cards: Nine different objectives for winning the game
- 18x twist cards: Eighteen different special rules that can be used to add a special factor to the game, such as acid rain, orbital debris and fighting in the dead of night
- 6x ruse cards: Six different cards that can be used to glean an advantage, such as ambushing or digging in – used to counter a higher Power Rating
- 6x sudden death cards: Six different cards that provide different ways to win if you are significantly outnumbered – if your enemy has a Power Rating at least twice that of your own, you get a secret advantage to use as you wish!
If you use every type of card, that’s well over 60,000 combinations – a huge amount of variety! The cards are presented with an instruction booklet, and feature artwork on the reverse.We strive to sell only high-quality products and care for them in our store and when shipped to you. Payments are processed only after we confirm your items are in stock and in good condition. Your payment provider may place a pending transaction on your account for the full purchase price until we manually process the payment.In the event an error has occurred we may provide you a replacement and request you return items of higher-value in good condition at our expense before we ship the replacement.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item/s must be unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, preferably by providing your order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation email. You must be the original purchaser and account holder of the payment method.
Approved refunds will be submitted to your original payment provider within three working days of receiving the return item. You will receive confirmation via email and the credit will be automatically applied to your account. Some banks take time to process refund requests. If you haven’t received your refund within five working days, contact us and we will confirm if it has been submitted to your payment provider.
In the event that a refund is granted due to changing your mind, you no longer want the item, or you have taken more than the allotted time to return the item/s, you may be responsible for paying any credit card or Paypal fees the provider charges us. We can deduct this from the amount refunded to you. We may request you select a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance at your expense when returning items for these reasons.
For products missing components or damage within the factory-sealed packaging, we may request you contact the manufacturer. They will often cover your shipping costs and sometimes provide something extra to apologise for the inconvenience.
Items with prices that fluctuate based on supply, demand, tournament playability or ban lists may not be returned if any of these events have affected the item's price.

''Near Mint (NM)'
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

''Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

''Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '

''Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

''Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears. '
