In Kick Off!, two players take on the role of team coach for either the rowdy Brewers or the tactical Masons and play a match of Guild Ball, a bloody mob football game of intense action and high stakes.

As the coach, you’ll get to make strategic decisions and exciting plays to rack up victory points. Be the first team to score 12 points and victory is yours! Your players can win points by scoring goals or by sending the other team's players back to the bench. And as your players make plays on the field, they’ll generate a unique resource that will let your team play harder and bring the Guild Ball crowds roaring to their feet.

The Kick Off! starter set contains everything you need to play a match of Guild Ball, including 12 diverse character models, each full of personality with their own unique playstyle. The included tokens and health dials make it easy to track the effects of each character's plays as you combine their unique strengths to dominate the field.

Payments are processed only after we confirm your items are in stock and in good condition. Your payment provider may place a pending transaction on your account for the full purchase price until we manually process the payment.

In the event an error has occurred we may provide you a replacement and request you return items of higher-value in good condition at our expense before we ship the replacement.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item/s must be unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, preferably by providing your order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation email. You must be the original purchaser and account holder of the payment method.

Approved refunds will be submitted to your original payment provider within three working days of receiving the return item. You will receive confirmation via email and the credit will be automatically applied to your account. Some banks take time to process refund requests. If you haven’t received your refund within five working days, contact us and we will confirm if it has been submitted to your payment provider.

In the event that a refund is granted due to changing your mind, you no longer want the item, or you have taken more than the allotted time to return the item/s, you may be responsible for paying any credit card or Paypal fees the provider charges us. We can deduct this from the amount refunded to you. We may request you select a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance at your expense when returning items for these reasons.

For products missing components or damage within the factory-sealed packaging, we may request you contact the manufacturer. They will often cover your shipping costs and sometimes provide something extra to apologise for the inconvenience.

Items with prices that fluctuate based on supply, demand, tournament playability or ban lists may not be returned if any of these events have affected the item's price.

This refund, exchange and returns policy applies to online and in store purchases. It lasts five working days after the date of purchase, or 48 hours after the item is received, whichever is shorter.
